Where do you ship from/to?

All orders are shipped from Alberta, Canada. We currently ship within Canada, U.S, and internationally! Local pick up orders in Calgary are also available with no fee.

Regarding international shipping: Currently, the prices are quite high for shipping. INTL orders are shipped via Tracked Small Packet shipping with Canada Post. I am unable to offer cheaper, untracked shipping at the moment - as a new seller, Paypal/Shopify occasionally ask me to verify that I have shipped the package, and I cannot do so without tracking information.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders will be processed within 4-6 business days unless otherwise stated in the announcement bar.

The following are estimated delivery times from the date of shipment via Canada Post:

Canada: 4-8 business days
USA: 6-15 business days
INTL: 6-12 business days

Tracking is included for free with all orders (except print-only orders shipped via lettermail within North America).

There is always a chance that factors outside of our control will affect delivery times. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times at this time.

Return Policy

If you've changed your mind about your order, please contact us ASAP using the form below so that we can cancel and refund your order prior to shipment. If your order has already been processed it can no longer be cancelled.

Our products are all handmade with customized assembly for each order. Thus, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you have an issue with your order, contact us providing your Order # and a description of the issue and we will assess potential refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Please be mindful of us as a small business.

Order Issues

We will do our best to help locate delayed, missing/lost orders. Unfortunately, once it has been picked up by the carrier it is out of our hands. We are unable to take responsibility for any delays, missing, or lost orders.

If your order is being delayed due to an error in your shipping address, please contact us using the form below and we will contact the shipping company to make the appropriate changes. Please note that at certain steps in the shipping workflow, this may no longer be achievable.

Do you take custom requests?

Currently we are not taking custom commission requests.

When will _______ be in stock again?

All our products are handmade and as a result, sometimes I make lots of one type of flower and then no longer want to make that flower for a couple weeks, or a month, or months.

In order to stay sane, I don't always plan exact times I will be stocking certain types of flowers. Flowers are all limited in stock and may or may not be remade once they are out of stock.

I am in the process of teaching a friend (and my mom) to help me with making my designs, and this may increase stock in the future. Unfortunately, I can't say for certain about any specific flower at this time.
